Project Description: A new multi-storey waterfront residence and pool overlooking Sandy Bay. The house has been built on a difficult sloping site via a series of articulated terracing pavillions. The use of split face sandstone and cedar cladding externally, and recycled timbers internally, creates a quality home for large family.
